Payment on your credit card is processed by XYZ Payment Gateway. Booking of tickets is subject to realization of fare and the service charges (including Service Tax) from ATOM through the Payment Gateway. All fares mentioned is in AED.
Refund in failed transactions/cancelled tickets:
If, for any reason, the reservation does not materialize, the entire amount debited from your card account will be credited back to your card account with in 10 working days. You may try to book the same seats again and it will be treated as a fresh booking. For further details or enquiry contact our customer care by calling 180000000000 .
Though GME Travels payment reconciliation team works on a Daily basis except holidays, there are other organizations involved in processing of online transactions, and that could result in delays in credit of refunds to customer accounts. E-tickets can be cancelled as per the terms listed out .
Delivery of Tickets:
We will deliver the ticket by SMS provided you mention the phone number at the time of ticket booking.
You may also print out a ticket after booking. If you fail to take the print out of the ticket at the time of booking, Please go to "PRINT TICKETS" option available on the website and enter the Booking id/E-ticket id can take the ticket.
